Hue Mixer is a free daily color-matching puzzle played in your browser. Each day serves up a fresh target swatch, and your challenge is to mix the exact same color using red, green, and blue.

What Hue Mixer Is

Hue Mixer is a color-mixing brain teaser built around the RGB model. You are given a target color and three sliders, one for each channel from 0 to 255. Your job is to blend a shade that matches the target as closely as possible within six tries.

How to Play

Drag the R, G, and B sliders to mix your color, then hit Submit Mix. After each guess you get Wordle-style per-channel feedback: green means that channel is within eight points, yellow means within forty, and grey means you are still far off. An overall closeness percentage tells you how near you are to a perfect match. Use the clues to refine your next mix and nail the target before your six guesses run out.
