    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of toontone.fun ("the Site") and the embedded Toon Tone game ("the Game"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

    What Toon Tone Is

    Toon Tone is a free, browser-based color-matching game. The Site at toontone.fun embeds the Game through an iframe pointing to a third-party host. The Site itself is operated as a fan portal and content layer around the Game; the Game is created and operated by its original author.

    Acceptable Use

    You agree to use the Site only for lawful, personal entertainment. You will not:

    • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Site or the embedded Game.
    • Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to inflate scores, submit fake activity, or overload our infrastructure.
    • Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or any harmful, infringing, or illegal content.
    • Hold us liable for any third-party content loaded into the iframe.

    Accounts

    The Site does not require an account. Any progress, scores, or settings are stored locally in your browser and are not associated with any identity that we maintain.

    Intellectual Property

    • The Site's original copy, layout, and code are owned by the operator of toontone.fun.
    • The Toon Tone Game, including its characters, artwork, and game logic, is the property of its original author. We embed the Game with the understanding that the author has not restricted embedding via X-Frame-Options or CSP. If you are the author and would like the embed adjusted or removed, please contact us and we will respond promptly.
    • All other trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

    Third-Party Content

    The Site loads content from third-party services, including but not limited to the embedded Game's host, analytics providers, and CDNs. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
